Dr. Rick Campbell // President/CEO Rick’s words sum it all up, “I was created to help churches.” Rick has been a Pastor; he understands the joys and challenges of the local church. Over a period of 17 years, Rick successfully planted two churches. In 2002, God called him to come along side churches to help them pursue their vision. Since then, Rick has partnered with some of America’s greatest churches to help raise more than 450 million dollars for ministry purposes.

Tim Avery // Executive Vice President Tim is one of the most experienced consultants in leadership and stewardship in the church community today. With 15 years of Pastoral leadership in the mega-church environment, including spearheading Overlake Christian Church’s 40 million dollar relocation, Tim has a keen understanding of the opportunities and challenges that God-sized vision brings. Since joining the ISS team in 1998, Tim’s wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of leadership and stewardship have been felt by churches all over the country.
